Lots of workplaces are trying it out. In one McKinsey survey, 62% of people said their company was experimenting with AI agents, but nearly two-thirds said their organisation hadn’t yet started using AI widely.

Not everyone is getting the same chance to learn, though. A study by Lean In found that women were 22% less likely than men to use AI regularly at work.
